Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Strong development skills with ability to lead technically and support team delivery
• Experience in OO Programming such as Java.
• Solid understanding of development, best practices, and software life cycle.
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum Level of English :B2/C1

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience working in an Agile environment and Scrum methodologies 
• Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness and curiosity to learn

Additional information:

• The candidate must have at least one higher education degree
• They must have been living in Portugal for at least 1 and a half years
• Location: Lisbon
• Working Model: 4 days per week in the office in Lisbon in the first 3 months. After the 3 months, passes to 3 days per week in the office and 2 days at home
