Requirements

-Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure components:

Server;

Load balancer;

firewall;

DNS;

Active Directory;

SMTP;

Citrix;

Avamar;

Backup;

Storage;

VMware.

-Experience in Datacenter operations (Cloud or Local);

-Ability to identify key metrics and reporting methods that drive actionable operational insights;

-Knowledge of DORA regulations;

  -Knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB management and change management processes

It is valuable if you have knowledge of Disaster Recovery technology (e.g.: XRC, GDPR, Grid VTS, flashcopy)
